Debut Studio Album's First-Ever Release on Vinyl!
Mastered for Vinyl by Levi Seitz & Pressed on Dark Indigo Double LP!
With 21 Songs Including 5 "Baseball Park Sessions"!
First Time on Vinyl!
Founded in Raleigh, NC, in 1994, Whiskeytown made its indie debut with Faithless Street. The 1995 album caught the attention of Outpost (a Geffen Records label) who then offered them a deal to sign to Outpost.
Faithless Street placed the band at the forefront of the "No Depression" alt-country movement, although the band became almost as well known for Ryan Adams' Replacements-like antics (after all, the singer-songwriter formed Whiskeytown immediately following the demise of his Raleigh, NC punk band, the Patty Duke Syndrome) as they were for Adams' brilliant songs.
This first time on vinyl pressing features a total of 21 songs including 5 "Baseball Park Sessions" songs covering Side D of the album.
Mastered for vinyl by Levi Seitz at Black Belt Mastering.
