Return Policy

IMPORTANT NOTE! If you receive a defective product, do not put a claim through PayPal or your credit card company. Follow the below procedure. We will take care of you.

Morrow Records will provide an exact product exchange or issue a gift card for items received that has a factory defect. We will not give cash refunds or accept returns otherwise. All claims on defective items must be made within one week of the customer receiving the package.

We ship items as carefully and professionally as we can, but once the package leaves our building, it is out of our control.  Please remember that we do offer several shipping options for which different levels of insurance may be purchased. 

If you receive a defective product, follow this procedure:

1. Email us at mu.morrowaudio@gmail.com about the defect. Pictures will help us access the damage.

2. Upon approval, a free return shipping label will be emailed to you.

3. Upon receiving the returned item, we will ship you an exact replacement at no charge to you. If this is not available, a gift card for the total amount paid will be issued to you by email. This can be used on any product on our website.
