Sky Ferreira's debut album is available on vinyl again for the first time in over a decade and comes ahead of her long-delayed second album, Masochism. If the LA artist made music that was ordinary in any way it's likely fans would have given up on the follow-up by now, but because it's widely seen as one of the best dark pop albums of the century so far, the support has never dwindled. Of the songs on here, the title track is an ominous noir pop masterpiece. 'Ain't Your Right' dips into brighter Lorde-esque vulnerability, whilst '24 Hours' is one you can imagine Madonna begging for a guest slot on. This is a debut that survives the fluctuations in fashion and sounds as fresh now as it did in 2013.
