Jade Bird - Different Kinds Of Light [2LP]

Jade Bird has returned with a second album, Different Kinds of Light, coming august 2021. Translating the 2020's conflicting emotional into sharply observed narrative vignettes, she shows her flair as a storyteller. With the help of Grammy-winning producer Dave Cobb (Brandi Carlile, John Prine, Lady Gaga), Bird let's her sound find it's groove. The defining album joins British influences — The Smiths, Cocteau Twins — with '90s alt-rock-blur, Oasis and Iggy Pop. "That rock element that i've been missing and deeply love," is how Jade describes it.
