The Iveys were a British pop band, established Summer 1964 in Swansea, Wales. They became Badfinger in November 1969. Paul McCartney wrote and produced ‘Come and Get It’ for them and it was released as a single on the Apple label in December 1969 in the UK, and January 1970 in the US. Selling more than a million copies worldwide, it reached Top Ten throughout the world – #7 on the US Billboard chart on 18 April 1970, and #4 in the UK.
