GENERAL THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:

1. ONE-COPY-PER-ITEM LIMIT: We will not sell you multiple copies of the same record. This cuts down on scalpers and helps assure that more customers have an opportunity to find what they want. If you place an order for multiple copies of the same item, we will either (A) edit the order and refund you for any and all extra copies, or (B) cancel and refund the entire order. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER MULTIPLES.

2. ALL ALBUMS SOLD ON OUR WEBSITE ARE NEW, SEALED VINYL. We do not sell CD's, cassettes, etc. Any used vinyl that we sell online is through our Discogs page under the vendor name Morrow_Records. We do not sell any used vinyl on this website.

3. SEARCH TIP: Place your search entry in quotation marks (Example: "My Chemical Romance"). This will give you more accurate search results.

4. SHIPPING TIME: We pride ourselves on how quickly we process online orders and get them out the door. That said, being an actual brick-and-mortar store, orders are processed Monday through Friday during store hours, not 24/7.  Also, if your order is placed on Friday afternoon after packages have already been picked up, it will not ship out until Monday.  If you choose USPS Priority Mail, this service does offer 2-to-3 day shipping, but it’s 2-to-3 business days, not calendar days. It is a USPS estimate, not a guarantee.

5. TURNTABLES AND SPEAKERS: These items on our website are available to purchase FOR IN-STORE PICKUP ONLY. We do not ship any turntables or speakers.
